Preparing For Your Spray Tan
It's incredibly important to carefully follow the guide provided below to achieve optimal tanning results and ensure an even, long-lasting glow.
1. Exfoliate
Exfoliate your body thoroughly to remove dead skin cells. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub or loofah to clear away any dry or flaky skin. This will help create a smooth surface, allowing the tanning solution to apply evenly for a flawless result.
2.Shaving / waxing
For best results, remove any unwanted hair at least 24 hours before your spray tan appointment. Shaving or waxing after your tan can lead to uneven results or cause the solution to fade prematurely.
3. Skip Moisturizers & Oils:
On the day of your spray tan, refrain from using moisturizers, oils, or lotions on your skin. These products can form a barrier that interferes with the tanning solution's absorption and development. Instead, take a shower without any oily or moisturizing products prior to your appointment.
4. Remove Makeup & Deodorant:
Before your spray tan, ensure all makeup, deodorant, and perfume are completely removed from your skin. These products can interfere with the tanning solution, potentially leading to uneven results or discoloration.
5. Wear Loose, Dark Clothing:
Opt for loose-fitting, dark-colored clothing for your spray tan appointment. Tight garments or undergarments can rub against your fresh tan, causing streaks or uneven patches. Dark clothing helps prevent any noticeable staining from the tanning solution.
6. Bring Flip-Flops or Sandals:
Wear open-toed shoes or flip-flops to your spray tan appointment. Closed shoes can rub against your fresh tan, leaving marks or smudges. Choose footwear that keeps your feet exposed until the tan has fully developed.
7. Plan Your Activities:
Post-spray tan, avoid activities that may cause excessive sweating, such as intense exercise or swimming, for at least 8-10 hours. Sweating can disrupt the tan’s development and may lead to streaking.

How to book
Schedule your tanning appointment through the Tan Access app
You can book multiple sessions in advance or look for the next available time slot.
Checking In
When you arrive, open the Tan Access app and tap 'check in' when you're near the Bluetooth reader by the door. You can enter the studio 10 minutes prior to your session, but you’ll only be able to access the tanning booth at your scheduled appointment time to avoid interrupting another session.
When it’s time for your session, open the app again and tap 'check in.' Your session lasts 20 minutes, and access to the booth will close 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Once inside the tanning room, the door will lock behind you, and no one can enter until your 20 minute session is complete.

Browse our tan menu to choose your desired colour and depth. Select 'Favourite Sessions' from the HOME screen, select your shade and 'Activate Session'
Preparing to Tan
In the Tan Room, you'll find disposable hair nets, g-strings, sticky feet, wipes, and barrier cream for your convenience. Once you're ready, step into the booth and relax.
Follow the voice prompts for an effortless, natural golden glow that takes about 4 minutes. A helpful step-by-step guide is available on the wall of the tanning room and below.
The Tanning process
Select your shade into the machine. The booth will power on, the tanning process won’t begin until you’re ready.
Step into the booth and the voice guide will instruct you through four easy poses, and warm jets will dry you between each solution application, ensuring you leave the booth dry.
