How To Use The Salon
How to book
Download the Tan access app and select The Tanning Studio. You are able to create your own personal profile and book multiple sessions at a time. You will need this app to enter the studio as there is no staff on site.
Checking In
When you arrive, open the Tan Access app and tap 'check in' when you're near the Bluetooth reader by the door. You can enter the studio 10 minutes prior to your session, but you’ll only be able to access the tanning booth at your scheduled appointment time to avoid interrupting another session.
When it’s time for your session, open the app again and tap 'check in.' Your session lasts 20 minutes, and access to the booth will close 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Once inside the tanning room, the door will lock behind you, and no one can enter until your 20 minute session is complete.
Preparing to Tan
In the Tan Room, you'll find disposable hair nets, g-strings, sticky feet, wipes, and barrier cream for your convenience.

Select your shade
Browse our tan menu to choose your desired colour and depth.
Select 'Favourite Sessions' from the HOME screen, select your shade and 'Activate Session'
The Tanning process
Once you have activated your session, the booth with pre-warm itself.
when you are ready, you may step inside and wave your hand infant of the blue sensor. When the sensor turns green, the session will begin.
The booth will walk you through the process and each pose.

Press the on button on the side of the machine.
On the left side of the LED screen, select your desired light source:

The LED machine is preset to a 10-minute treatment.
Press play (|>) to start.
Put on protective glasses, remove shoes, and put on socks.
Sit in the massage chair, press the ON button, and it will begin to recline
.Adjust the treatment head to a comfortable position.
Caution: Do not pull the head. It only adjusts from horizontal to a semicircle.
When the treatment ends, the lights will turn off, and music will play, indicating the session is over.
Press the off button on the massage chair, and it will return to its original position.
Turn off the LED machine by pressing the same button you used to turn it on.
Wipe down the protective glasses with antibacterial wipes.
